I recently stumbled upon the Indian festival of Holi. I’d never heard of it before, but it looks like a joyous time. I would love to celebrate it with the coming of spring this year. If nothing else, I’d love to have a paint-throwing party once the sun comes back to play. Now I’m just researching how to make the colors, because purchasing them seems like it would be too expensive for a college budget. I’m really intrigued by the dry colors. Any ideas?
